Register the app's branding for Google sign-in

Open Google Auth Platform → Overview in fodide-development and tap Get started. App name: Fodide development; User support email: your address; Audience: External; Contact information: your address; agree and tap Create.

Google requires a person to do this; a program cannot. Fodide then registers the preview app (its package {{fodidePackage}} and fingerprint {{fodideSha1}}, and iOS bundle {{fodideBundleId}}) in Firebase itself, which makes Google create the sign-in clients. You do not type those anywhere.
