Copy it once and give it to Fodide

Copy the key (it starts with sk-or-); it is shown once. In Fodide, Settings → Connectors → Development → OpenRouter (API), paste, tap Check, then Keep on this phone. Fodide shows the key's limit and balance with ✓.

This key is used while Fodide and you try the app. It is shared by all your apps during development.
